For the grand opening, refreshments will be offered all day and invitations will be sent for a Wine & Hors d'oeurve gathering in the evening to thank all those who have supported the creation of the Gallery.

Magdalena Arts Gallery features a wide array of arts and crafts, reflecting the members’ diverse styles, media, and artistic and cultural backgrounds. Artworks for sale, all locally produced, includes paintings, wood carvings, bronze sculptures, photography, glass and metal work, pottery, beadwork, and fiber arts such as quilts, knitting, and hand-woven rugs. Member artists take turns at the gallery, many of them bringing their works in progress to show visitors.

The Magdalena Arts Gallery is located in the historic Baca Building, 604 First St (Highway 60), across from Alamo Hardware in Magdalena. Hours are 9:30 to 4:30, Monday through Saturday and 11:00 to 4:00 on Sunday.
