Columbus – Guests are invited to fly to Windwalker’s Guest Ranch for its Fondue Fly-in event on Sunday, Feb. 11. On that day, Art on the Western Edge owner and host Jeri Sue Heath will present a Valentine’s taste delight from 1-4 pm The afternoon’s tastings include wine from local and regional vineyards, cheese and fountains of chocolate.

There really is a landing strip at the Ranch. In fact, several planes took advantage of that amenity for AWE’s recent grand opening. Roughly 350 people attended the early December event; but not all of them flew in, of course.

You don’t have to fly-in either. THat's entirely up to you. There are roads to the ranch as well. So, feel free to come in your car or truck. You could even arrive on horseback or burro if you wish! In fact, except for yachts (there's no access to the ranch by water), they'll be happy to accommodate almost any mode of transportation you have available. The gallery and guest ranch are located at Hwy.11, Milemarker 7.
