Lincoln, NM: Dolan’s Outpost in Lincoln, owned by John and Beverly Strauser, is open for business. Picnic tables situated under shade trees invite the visitor to rest awhile. Cold drinks and snacks are available.
Soon the Strausers will open their Coffee and Tea House next door to their present location across from the Post Office in Old Lincoln. There they will serve light fare and of course good hot coffee and tea.
The Strausers came to Lincoln to escape the rat race in Washington state. They are laid back and friendly and invite all visitors to stop by, chat, rest and enjoy. Bring your own picnic and sit outside under the trees at the picnic tables, or get a snack from inside.
By the way, Beverly Strauser has a nice collection of old medicine bags that collectors may be interested in. Do come to Lincoln to visit.
