Socorro, New Mexico: Pictures by Me, an exhibit of works by photographer Cynthia Reynolds, will hang at Macey Center’s Gallery Oct. 2 – Nov. 5.

There are numerous photos, but its photos that grab your attention which become ‘pictures’. The best pictures are those you can’t put into words.” She writes that she tries to be diverse but “admittedly, I am drawn to scenes of nature.”
For her, photography is about being in the right place, at the right time capturing the right angle with the right light.”
The artist will be at the opening reception on Friday, Oct. 5, 5-7 pm, just prior to the PAS presentation of “10 Questions for the Dalai Lama.”
Macey Center, on the NM Tech campus, is open daily 9-5 pm and for special evening events. The gallery is upstairs. For more information, call 575-835-5342.
