Ruidoso New Mexico - Don't look now, but late July is the time of year when Ruidoso hosts it's popular annual Art Festival. The annual mountain art fest is set for July 25 - 27, this year. Be sure to add it to your must-do list now. This is one New Mexico event art lovers should never miss.
