Alto – The annual Alto Art Tour has expanded this year. The number of artists participating has increased by nearly a dozen over last year. This year 35 artists will display and sell their works in 11 locations around Alto.

Plus, this year, you have the chance to preview the work and meet the artists at a preview party at the lovely Spencer Theater on Thursday, Aug. 7 from 5-7 pm.

Then on Saturday and Sunday, drive the short route to visit the 11 homes and studios of the area artists. Locations are well marked and maps to help guide you along the way are available online at www.altoartists.com (http://www.altoartis.com) and at area businesses.
