T or C, NM – RioBravoFineArt presents Iglesias Y Ventanas – Churches and Windows, a special commemorative exhibit of etchings and linocuts by founder and artist Harold Joe Waldrum. The artist opened RioBravoFineArt in 1998, and back then it stood as the lonely, only fine art gallery.

RioBraveFineArt continues Waldrum’s trend-setting tradition, showing a variety of art styles and forms. Now his estate offers this special complete series of etchings and linocuts (from 1983-2000).
Waldrum’s prints, like the majority of his works capture the majestic historic monuments of northern New Mexico. Windows, crosses, doors, walls, buttresses and sky, were created by the overlapping layers of color. Eventually irregular lines became strong edges that would define the final piece. H. Joe Waldrum continued this style for 24 years.

Opening reception is Saturday, August 9, 2008 from 6 pm to 9 pm during the monthly T or C Gallery Hop.
Show continues through Sunday, September 7. Gallery hours are Wednesday to Sunday or by appointment. RioBravoFineArt is located at 110 North Broadway, Truth or Consequences, NM 87901 riobravofa@gmail.com 575-894-0572 www.riobravofineart.net
