Two essential fund raising events are also in the mix, fun-filled events that highlight fine art, good food and friends, while benefiting the nonprofit performance hall.

The summer season kicks off at 8 p.m. May 30 with the soulful rocker Johnny Rivers.
June 6: the Ruidoso Dance Ensemble “Firebird” & “Paquita” -- at 2 p.m. & 7 p.m.
The Rolling Stones tribute group Satisfaction 8 p.m. June 13
Wayland University Theatre Department summer residency “The Boys Next Door” at 8 p.m. Sat., June 19.
An exquisite night of fine art, food and friends fills the hall next at the second annual “Taste of The Spencer Benefit” taking place 6-9 p.m. Sat., June 20. Hosted by the Spencer Guild, the art auction & haute cuisine tasting event features a special viewing of the Bancroft vintage roadster, among other treasures.
