Rio Rancho – V. E. (Vic) Olson first dipped a brush into oil paint as a college student.  He's never made a living from his art but it's a passion that has remained throughout the years, the results of which can be seen throughout his home.  A member of the Artists Collaborative, his art hangs at Kokopelli's Restaurant, Chocolate Cafe, Nambé, and O'hares in Rio Rancho.  His piece titled Casitas de Rancho, on our front cover, depicts the grandeur of hidden gardens which can be so delightful in New Mexico.
