Los Alamos, NM – The Art Center’s annual Summer Arts & Crafts Fair is scheduled for Saturday, August 11, 9 am to 4 pm, on the Fuller Lodge grounds in downtown Los Alamos.
More than 120 of Northern New Mexico’s finest artisans will be selling their works, plus food vendors, and the Los Alamos County Fair and Rodeo events will fill the weekend.
“This is one of two major fundraising events for us,” says Executive Director John Werenko. “The entire Board of Directors, the instructors and volunteers all get involved to put this together and support our local and regional artists.”
“Also this is our 30th anniversary year,” says Werenko. “We are focusing on increasing our membership, as well as celebrating what the Art Center has done for the community in the past 30 years.”
