Johnsons of Madrid Galleries Set October /November 2007 receptions

~~ OCTOBER ~~ <br><br>
We represent about 100 artists (including fiber artists & sculptors). One of our Oct. exhibitions will be a continuation of the Sept. group show with at least one piece from these participating artists in three galleries--lots of variety! In addition, in our largest room, the new exhibition for October 6--30 will be a group show of gallery photographers who do black & white prints (both hand printed and digital).

Three: MEL JOHNSON: SOLO SHOW

Four: In our largest gallery will be a group show of about 20 of our photographers who do black & white prints (both hand printed and digital).

Oct., Nov., Dec. the FIRST SATURDAY ART WALK will be, 2--7. Plan on all afternoon & evening, as late as you like, in Madrid!
Madrid's 30 galleries will be open until 7 p.m.. Some of the galleries will have special show openings (ours 2-4, some 5--7 p.m.) and some will be on-going exhibitions. Plan to spend the afternoon and evening strolling from gallery to gallery, maybe eating at one of Madrid's food places and going to special entertainment at the Engine House Theatre, 7:00 until music starts at the Mineshaft Tavern.
Check local papers for specific art openings, food and entertainment events.

One: SCULPTURE group show(3 rooms) All summer the gallery has been showing many more sculptor's works and this exhibition will show many additional sculptor's works
