Hatch Chile Festival - Hatch, NM - Come join us on Labor Day weekend 9/2-3. There's lots to do and see and it's fun for the whole family. The most fun you can legally have with chili peppers! This year's event features a variety of chiles, chile recipes, chile cooking contest, chile growers contest, arts and crafts, Tejano(Mex-Tex) music, carnival rides, fiddling contests, dancing and much more! The annual parade is back this year too!

12 noon 2006 Queen Coronation
1-3 pm Music by Jenny Mack
All Afternoon Various Chile Contests, Booths, Food
4-7 pm Music and Dance to "The Silver Bullet Band"
Sun 9/3/0612 pm Kick Off
Music by Cameron
All Afternoon Various Chile Contests, Booths, Food
2 pm Queen's Auction
