There will be a Fine Arts Exhibit this month at the Otero County Fair---thanks to artist Peter Madrid, who is organizing it.
Art work needs to be delivered, ready for hanging or display, on Monday, Aug 14 from Noon to 8 p.m. to the Wade Exhibit Building at the Fairgrounds.
Only original art work will be accepted. All fine art media accepted. No crafts. Guidelines in the art exhibit rule book will be followed.
Judging will take place on Wednesday morning, Aug 16.
Fair opens on Wednesday, Aug 16 and continues through Saturday, Aug 19.
Entry catagories:
Youth, ages 12-14
Youth, ages 15-17
Adults (age 17and up)
Adult catagories are
Novice
Intermediate
Professional
Peter also needs helpers to supervise and welcome the public to the art exhibit.
